XD1 is not a platform. It is a small senior team that has worked together for years, using AI to do in days what used to take months — and staying accountable for every result.
Three of the five have worked together on software teams since 2015.
Founder & Program Director
Founder of XD1 (Discovery XD One, since 2021). PMP, ITIL and Scrum certified.
Radu delivered a workshop on business and project management in my firm, and I must say it was a very positive experience. Radu’s expertise in the field is remarkable, and his ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner is second to none.
Am colaborat cu Radu foarte bine. Profesionist desavarsit, specializat in rezolvarea situatiilor critice. Il recomand cu încredere.
Radu has helped our M&A efforts by single handedly generating qualified partner leads with minimal input and overhead. Also, having built sales team from the ground up, he’s helped us better shape our business development approach and expectations.
Radu is very hands-on project manager who saved our day on multiple occasions! Easy to talk to, pleasure to work with.
